Yes, we are insured and registered as an LLC with the state of Florida. If you’d like a copy of our Certificate of Insurance (COI) before your project begins, just let us know and we’re happy to provide it.

Absolutely. Trust is at the core of our business. Every member of our team undergoes a criminal background check and theft screening. We also carry general liability insurance and theft protection insurance for added peace of mind.

In most cases, yes. You're welcome to request your preferred helper, and we’ll schedule based on their availability. Consistency is important to us, and we do our best to ensure you work with someone who knows your needs personally.

We understand that life happens! For urgent or same-day needs, call or text us at (727) 504-1035 for the fastest response. Emergency services are available 24/7 for an additional fee.

We proudly serve St. Petersburg (and surrounding Tampa Bay areas). If you're outside our standard service area, we may still be able to help — additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.

Invoices are sent through our secure booking and billing system. You can pay using credit or debit card (5% processing fee), ACH transfer, or other approved payment methods. All invoices include a clear scope of work, transparent pricing, and payment instructions.
